When planting a hedge, it’s important to ensure a good start. Because hedge plants often grow very closely together, good soil structure is crucial!

DCM VIVIMUS^®

Choose DCM VIVIMUS®, a unique organic soil improver that is ideally suited for use in planting holes or trenches.

Thanks to its coarse structure, DCM VIVIMUS® creates a humus-rich, airy soil
Because humus helps to retain moisture, the soil will dry out less quickly and moisture remains available to the still tender roots.
This soil improver also contains an ideal combination of gentle-acting nutrients.

Universal planting hole improver.

Step 1

Dig a planting hole or trench that is more than twice as big as the root ball.

Step 2

Prepare a mixture of 1 part dug out soil with 2 parts DCM VIVIMUS®. Prepare the mixture in a wheelbarrow or on a piece of carboard or plastic.

Step 3

Cover the bottom of the planting hole with a thick layer of this mixture.

Step 4

Place the plant on top of this layer and carefully spread out the roots.

Step 5

Fill up the planting hole with the same mixture and press the soil firmly. Don’t forget to water your plant sufficiently.
